Please note that fees are payable in full on the day of your appointment for face-to-face, or prior to receiving your Zoom link for telehealth appointments.
Patients with chronic disease should be able to access an Allied Health Services Plan through their GP to claim rebate from Medicare. With this plan you will be able to claim back approximately $55 for up to 5 Allied Health appointments per year. If you have reached your Medicare threshold (safety net), your rebate will be higher. We can submit your claim to Medicare if we have a copy of your referral. Please note that gap fees are payable.
Alternatively, fees are claimable through most major health funds depending on your level of coverage. Please check with your health fund for more information as all plans and insurers are different.
You will not be able to claim from both Medicare and private health insurance.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid paying the full fee. Giving adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to other patients on the waiting list. We understand that in exceptional circumstances, this may not be possible, and we are always able to make exceptions at such times.
