Cancellation policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid paying the full fee.

Giving adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to other patients on the waiting list.

We understand that in exceptional circumstances, this may not be possible, and we are always able to make exceptions at such times.
